He concentrates his practice in transactional work, including corporate structure and reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and dissolutions. He also has experience in addressing legislative, administrative and regulatory issues affecting health care providers, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse, tax-exemption, and not-for-profit matters.
