He has significant expertise in corporate and business law, real estate, banking and estate planning and probate law. He has extensive experience in financing and lending transactions, and represents several lending institutions which facilitates many commercial transactions. Rick's real estate work includes acquisitions, divestiture, escrow, closing and surety matters, environmental issues and commercial leasing. Rick received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree at Ohio University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Rick is admitted to practice in any state court in Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations.
