Michele has over 19 years experience as a registered nurse in the areas of critical care, acute hemodialysis and long-term acute care settings. She has also served in an acute care setting as a policy and procedure committee member. As a registered nurse, as well as an attorney, Michele brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to the matters in which she is involved. Michele received her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, and was an Executive Editor of the Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio, where she received an Award of Academic Distinction and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing. Michele was named a "Rising Star" in the area of Health Care in the 2005 Ohio Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition published jointly by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. Michele is admitted to practice in any state court in Ohio. She is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations.
